- Access and Membership
Your access to Football Planner depends on the membership plan you select at the time of
purchase.
“Lifetime access” applies only to the tier and features available within that specific plan
at the time of purchase. It does not include automatic access to future plans, new tiers, or
features released after your purchase, unless explicitly stated.
Football Planner may stop offering lifetime plans at any time. However, users who have
already purchased a lifetime plan will retain access according to the terms and features of
their original tier.
You may not share your account or access credentials with others.
Football Planner reserves the right to modify or discontinue parts of the Service if
necessary for technical, legal, or business reasons. - Payments, Renewals, and Refunds
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds will only be issued in
cases of clear technical failure or double payment.
Auto-Renewal:
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless
canceled before the next renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your
account settings. Access will continue until the end of the paid period. - Lifetime Discount Offer
The 50% lifetime discount offered by Football Planner applies exclusively to monthly
subscription plans, including any future monthly tiers or premium packages that may be
introduced. This discount cannot be applied to annual or lifetime payment options.
To retain the lifetime discount, your subscription must remain continuously active. If your
membership is canceled, paused, or lapses for any period, the lifetime discount will be
permanently forfeited. Rejoining at a later time will require subscribing at the standard pricing
available at that moment.
This discount remains valid for all existing and future monthly plans or premium feature tiers,
provided your subscription remains uninterrupted. Football Planner reserves the right to
discontinue or modify the terms of this discount for new users at any time, but this will not affect
users who are actively maintaining their eligible subscription. - Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or request unreasonable customisations or features
beyond what your membership includes. Football Planner is provided “as is,” and support
is limited to ensuring the Service functions as described. - Service Availability
Football Planner aims to provide continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted
or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates,
or circumstances beyond our control. - Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these
Terms. By using Football Planner, you consent to the collection and use of your
information as described there. - Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and code are the property of Football Planner. Users may not copy,
distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the software. - Limitation of Liability
Football Planner is not liable for any loss, damage, or interruption resulting from the use
of the Service. Your use is at your own risk. - Termination
Football Planner reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you
violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in conduct that harms the platform or
other users.
If your access is terminated for such reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund. - Changes to Terms
Football Planner may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service
after changes means you accept the revised Terms. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any
disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Cyprus, where Football Planner operates.

Service Levels and Support
- Availability
Football Planner aims to maintain a minimum 99.5% service uptime. This
measurement excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and events beyond
our reasonable control, such as internet outages, hosting issues, or force majeure events. - Scheduled Maintenance
Planned updates or maintenance will be scheduled during low-usage periods whenever possible.
Users will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if downtime is expected to exceed 30
minutes. - Support
Technical support is available via email at [info@footballplanner.eu] during business hours
(UTC+2), Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. We aim to respond to support requests within 24
hours on working days. - Incident Management
In the event of a service issue or outage, Football Planner will investigate and restore normal
operations as soon as reasonably possible. Updates on major incidents may be shared via email
or in-app notifications. - Data and Security
Football Planner follows industry-standard security practices and complies with applicable data
protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Regular backups are performed to protect user data. - Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, Football Planner shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or service
interruptions. - Updates to this SLA
Football Planner may modify these service levels from time to time to reflect improvements or
operational changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the
revised terms.
